today my OH session was insane lol. In this session I: - dropped my PB ao5 by 0.8s to 12.77s - dropped my PB ao12 by 0.6s to 13.89s - dropped my ao100 below 15s Also I managed to succeed at this gymnastics skill I was working for weeks on lol

We found a better algorithm for this case: r U M' F U R U' R' F' R'. While the moveset looks worse, it's actually better as (R f) is quite awkward in speedsolving (and it's two moves shorter!)...
