I am looking forward to send the solves but i face one problem of not having a speed cube timer. Am form Uganda AND we have less or few speed cube shops maybe not so it's hard for me to buy a cube timer

hey , i have learnt full CFOP method but am still slow with an average of 25sec how can i solve sub 10 sec coz i have learnt all CFOP , Any advise please let me know.
