Today I did 100 3x3 solves on stackmat, getting a 9.60 ao100. This was pretty good, so I decided to do some OH, and then proceeded to get a 13.47 stackmat ao100! This is actually insane, one day later and I'm almost 1 second faster. Hopefully today isn't an exception and my times don't go back up.

As long as you can easily distinguish all of the colors from each other, color blindness will not slow you down. If you can't, then a custom color scheme cube should solve that problem.

I use my left hand as well. It keeps my OH solves as close to my 2H solves as possible. I've also done Roux RH solves before, but I just can't solve FB on the right anywhere near as well as I can on the left.

That's kinda your only option? Unless you do 2 moves per M move, I don't know of any other option. If you're using a bad cube, that definitely needs to change. Good hardware is crucial for OH.
