I don't remember doing too many slow solves on 4x4 myself, but they would probably help you for your cross edges, quicker remaining center and maybe the 3-2-3 stage, and 3x3 stage too

(For some reference, I got a 49.41 ao5 with 39 single from the scrambles) From what I saw, I think that the beginning stages of Yau are your weaker areas of your solves. To start. I think that you should take a little bit more time with your inspection to get at least your first center smoother...
