I personally would have preferred the AoSu GTS2M or the QiYi WuQue M or the Valk 4M for a nice speed but great controllability. For the budget thing, I would recommend the QiYi QiYuan 4x4 or the YJ MGC 4x4M or the QiYi MS 4x4M or even the MFJS MeiLong 4x4M. These have a kind of OK performance...

Even though OLL is the strongest part of my solves, I still hate it! I've tried OLL skips a lot of times using VLS and Winter Variations. But it doesn't work significantly. Can someone help me with skipping OLLs?

Welcome! I would recommend you to learn CFOP Roux or ZZ. Heise is not that good to learn as all you do practically is build squares. That isn't the way algorithms work. Even if you want something super intuitive, you should try the CFOP, as it teaches you the basics of efficiency. And the...
