Personally, as someone who has used Ortega for a while, I find that the PBLL for the double bar case with B moves is probably better than any of the alternatives, if you fingertrick them properly.
I would recommend that you learn Roux.
I personally use CFOP, but I would say that Roux is at least just as good. Additionally, Roux has fewer algorithms at all stages, for example, if you were to use two-look CMLL (a step in beginner Roux) that would be 9 algorithms, while CFOP 4 look last...
