I'm most surprised by the split on 5x5s. I have 2 5x5s, the YLM and another one I was gifted, and they're both nowhere near the level of turning and corner cutting as my MGC 4x4 or my Meilong 4x4. Even my MGC 6x6 feels better. I assumed there are better cubes and I haven't tried them, but...

Go wife! Seriously impressive. My wife won't even touch a cube, so kudos to yours!

Great vid, great music as always! My favorite part of cubing is the feeling of pure of it brings. I like that the puzzles I enjoy are sophisticated problems wrapped in the bright coloring of a child's toy. It's a fun way to challenge yourself without taking anything too seriously.

Ha! Yeah, the shipping these days is crazy expensive. But I'll be over in the UK next month. If you happen to be in Glasgow or Edinburgh, I'll bring it along! :)

Hi all, I'm trying to clear up some space in my collection. It's hard to say goodbye, but I have benefitted greatly from other cubers selling off pieces of their collections, so I'm trying to pay it forward. A few of these puzzles have been discontinued, but they are all completely functional...

Rock on! Gift card.

I see the Monster Go smart cube is on ZiiCube for 15 bucks. Does anyone know how well it functions?

Hey man, I’m 39 and only started a but ago. It can definitely feel like a hobby full of teens, but there are plenty of us older dudes here.

Dude, your background music is always so good. What is it?

I've noticed this problem as well. At first, I added one drop of DNM and was amazed at the change. I sang its praises. Then, the cube slowed down after two days or so. I've decided to do an experiment. Today, I added three drops of DNM. I'll see how long it lasts, and when it slows back down...

I like to buy non-WCA puzzles used, mostly. But I’m also open to buying kinds (brands or models) of puzzles I don’t have and haven’t tried.

I've gone back and forth on this one. On the one hand, I regularly buy second-hand cubes and like to know what I'm getting. On the other hand, it's actually pretty hard to sell cubes on this site or in general. Especially slightly older and cheaper ones. No one really wants them, and people seem...

I watched The Cubicle's livestream today. They played around with the CH X-Man Tornado. Phil said it was a much better puzzle. He said he preferred it to the WRM 2021 (which will also soon have a magnetic core option). I'd love to see some in-depth reviews of the differences.

I think the trouble is around marketing. I've been cubing for a while now and it's hard for me to identify the differences in Gan products. I have to do some research to understand them because the differences are not apparent. I can't imagine that a new cuber could approach the Gan line and...

@Jonathan Cuber I'm happy to send puzzles there. But the shipping may cost a lot. DM me and we'll talk.

@TeaSwiller Great - everything is still available. DM me.

I saw someone mention the upcoming MGC EVO in another comment. I didn't find much about it online besides a vague social media post. Does anyone know if it's a new smart cube?

Yeah, some versions are. But not all - and they're all black plastic. Was hoping to find some folks who have stickerless ones they no longer solve.

I love the Crazy 3x3 + Planet line, but I think they've been discontinued. If you have any that you aren't using, I'd be happy to take them off your hands!
