hmmm... I'm gonna have to post pics I guess. This pattern I'm trying to copy is obviously doable. Yet I have an issue with one center being off every time I get down to that.
I feel like figuring out what I want the program to do for me will be the tough part!
Edit: I think i assumed this software generated the alg for you. It doesn't do that does it? Apologies, Comparatively i'm a low functioning cuber!
Do you know if it's possible to rotate one center only by...
Omg your link in method 2 did the trick!!! Thank you!
As soon as I figure out in what way my second center is off by. i'll post it as well.
is Alg.cubing.net a complicated thing to learn? Looks like a great tool for what i'm doing with big cubes!
I just started messing aroung with cube art. I've been working on a pattern on a 9x9. After hours and hours of messing up and restarting. I finally got most of it done. Only problem is I messed up 2 of my centers in the process.
I'm hoping to find a way to fix the centers without...
I'm trying to figure out how to adapt X and + centers from 5x5 to 7bld centers that aren't X and +. I've been searching for turorials on 7bld or just 7bld information in general and I haven't found anything. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
This is so cool. Wish I had the skills to get in on this action. I've never seen or tried computer solving. I watched a bit of the video you linked but i'm still a bit confused. Learning the commutator stuff you talk about isn't a big problem though. However I know less then nothing...
@One Wheel
That would make sense. I've definitely spent alot more time on 3x3. I'm sure I have 20k+ solves in my lifetime.
1900 in just the last couple weeks. I've been trying to improve 5x5 but i'm still stuck around 2:20-2:40
What's your 5x5 method? anything that you learned over...
Glad you mentioned that. I prefer out of the box ready. I've never been too interested in setting up. Also,
Is the MGC "Max MGC 5x5" at the cubicle? for 35$?
If so I only see a stickerless option. I usually have issues recognizing orange on stickerless cubes. Any known...
Looking for 5x5 recomendations. Haven't gotten any new cubes in around 2-3 years and alot has changed. Would have to be stickered in black. All of the stickerless cubes i've tried, I have a hard time with colour recognition.
Thank you
Im curious what you think about this
My 3x3 times are better, 4x4 might be equal to yours but i'm thinking you would beat me alot more then half the time, Your 5x5 and 6x6 times are way better then mine. You smash me in 7x7.
What allows me to be faster at 3x3? Dexterity?
@Mike Hughey
That makes sense. I was 38ish at the time so they wont count. Looks like I'll have to find a way to travel to china or Australia in order to get an official, over 40 result lol
Hey all! Been few years since I've been on here. I remember the other day that someone around here used to maintain an over 40 ranking page. I wasn't on it since I was still a couple years shy of 40. Well now that I'm pushing 42 I figured I'd pop in and see if that list is still a thing...
In the comments section for FMC where ppl write their steps. Do brackets mean that part of the solution was found during inverse scramble?
I'm trying to see what better solvers are doing but I'm having a hard time following other ppl's solutions.

This 4x4 parity alg has been driving me absolutely crazy for the last 15 minutes...
I've been trying to practice 5bld. When I got to parity for the r2 edges I decided to test if the 4x4 parity alg works on 5x5.
I messed it up. So I tried it on my 4x4 and I can not for the life of me get...
