Overall, the QiYi MS is a good entry-level cube, but I've noticed that it catches sometimes, which can certainly be annoying during a solve.

I had this happen once to my RS3M. I think that you just need to tighten the screws, and then loosen the dual-adjustment system to compensate for the increase in tightness.

I figured out how to solve a 9x9 before I had ever solved a 6x6, 7x7, or 8x8 (which I still haven't solved - I just haven't bought them yet). Of course, if I know how to solve a 9x9, I, by de facto, know how to solve 6x6-8x8 cubes, or really any nxn cube...

I know I’m responding late, but I use an M alg when the bar is in the back and use the RU alg when it’s in front.

Where’s J Perm? I know he was taking a break because he was getting burnt out, but >3 months? 😭
