Intuitive 4x4 Method with Parity Avoidance

Hi, this is all very nice reading, but when you use the word "intuitive" in the title, I get very sceptical. It is all about setting the margin when the intuitive ends and alg starts? Do you really believe comms are intuitive? Then I guess RUR' is intuitive and reverse? Sledgehammer? Don't get...

How to learn very intuitively the H, U, Z permutations

Skip to edge pair swaps for H and Z perm. U perm is a 3-style 4 mover with setup move.

That’s actually the only alg ( and its reverse) you need for the full cube( including 3x3 algs)

I'm also rehearsing 3-style last two months. At the beginning I have got some twists. It is maybe from incorrect insertion. You know the correct target, but you insert from the wrong angle. I am just the beginner at 3-style, maybe someone experienced should answer better.

    How to be sub 20

Also, one handed solving stops your TPS a bit and helps for better lookahead.

Congrats to your resilience. Your concentration must be great. I see the FB group is very active, but the group here is very quiet. I found lots of usefull info on this thread here. Unfortunately I hate Facebook as a webpage and horrible application, I prefer dedicated forums. I was out of...

Intuitive 3-Style as a Beginner Blind Method

Hi, i believe your description is really nice. It covers most of the problems I am dealing with and I feel very much the same like you. However, I would not use your term intuitive 3-style so literally. Ther is no black/white difference between intuitive 3-style/full 3-style. I believe...

Moyu Weilong WRM is so loose

Use some plastic washers and add them to the springs. The springs will get stronger and the cube will become much better. i use this adjustment regullary in my cubes and it helps.

    [Help Thread] Blindsolving

I can tell from my experience that switching from M2 for edges to 3 style is quite hard. In the last 2 years i tried few times but i felt uncomfortable with DF buffer so I gave up. Which, by the way, is great for avanced M2. I read above some underestimaton for this method, but it is very fast...

I am a choreographer by profesion and I understand it involves some parts of the brain that also cubing does( that is a section of the right hemisphere) So i have a feeling it helps me.

Yes, I believe the reconstruction thread is very usefull. I just take the exel sheet, then I do the letter pair memos and rehearse. Sometimes just sighted solves, other times just blind solves, but without memo.I just read the pack of 1,2,3,4,5 letter pairs ( gradually increase ) and do the...

Hi, i completely understand your point of view. If the speed is not important, then any system that suits you is fine. I am now into 4 weeks of 3 style learning and it is getting better. I do not use any of the M2/OP comms anymore, because of the buffer switch and am feeling ok with it. I was...

Hi, everybody I haven't been around cube competitions for almost two years. My, daughter is deep in puberty now (14) and she lost the wish for cubing, so I had less reason to do it myself. Now, that I am , like many of you probably, out of intensive work, I have time to get back with some stuff...

[Help Thread] Where To Buy Cubes Thread

If you care about fast arrival, like me, then I can say one of the cheapest DHL Express service is from Lightake.com. The shipment of 1-2 cubes will cost you 10-15EUR( and a year ago it was about 30% cheaper). They deliver from China to Europe in 3-4 working days. They were always reliable for me.

    [Review] Gan 354 M

I would agree about blue nuts. I think they are the best for this cube. I know yellow ones were good for older Gan cubes but, I tried them and they are too strong for 354. So far, blue are great. This is very stable cube for Gan but not as gts3 or valk. I do have gts3 and it is also amazing. I...

If you do r2 first, then you can rehearse it in solved state, thats all. It is much faster alg then the alternative. I also solve centers first.

Congrats to all you guys for great results. Amazing BLD there I went to our nationals, 4BLD was DNF by 2 wrong wings and the time limit of 45 minutes was only enough for 2 attempts. 5BLD was also too much for me. The schedule was at strange hours, I was just too tired. I did the memo but too...
