N perms are awful and I am really starting to hate the RUF algs which ones do you use?

I broke sub 20 a week ago and I've been getting a lot of 17 and 18 ao5s. I know full OLL and an efficient solution for any F2L case I can think of. As of right now I can work on my cross to F2L transition and fix my turning to be lighter. Any tips?

I do the 2nd option and it's moderately fast I think I can do the standard one faster if I practice it enough
