X-Cube
Anyone has seen this?

Pretty cool, so I thought I would share... Seems it is going to happen.
Hi,
I have seen several threads that are quite similar and was wondering if we could create some more "common" threads where people would post in instead of creating a new thread.
The threads that could be interesting to have:
- "how to improve from there ?", "what should I learn next ?"...
Among people who cannot post in the private forum some may have some topic suggestions for the private forum. If this is your case, please post your suggestion here (optionally with the reason to treat it in the private forum) and let's hope someone from there will like the idea and create a...
Hi,
Just out of curiosity, does anyone know what are the best official times done with methods other than Fridrich/CFOP ?
For example, what is the official best single/average using Petrus, ZZ, Roux, Heise, HTA, Sandwich, LCBM, ... ?
Thx,
Adragast
Hi!
Please don't look at this post if you intend to participate in the race to sub20 this week the scrambles I am using are taken from there.
I have participated in the sub20 race of this forum this week and had some bad times :fp. I decided to try them again a bit later and noticed that...
Hi !
51morefun has released 8x8 beta cubes:
http://51morefun.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=30_39&products_id=246&zenid=209feda28304b45b5141ea49f503bfae
Too bad they are already sold out...
Do you think this will become an official event ? I would personally rather have...
Hi guys !
Sorry to disturb everyone, I know there are tons of posts about how to get sub-20 but I thought I may post a video of some solves just to see if there is any specific tips I could get. I find the videos really bad (sorry for that) and I personally can't really see anything...
Hi !
Sorry if the question was already asked but the search engine is not helping much for 5x5 searches.
I generally use reduction to solve the 5x5 but I occasionally try some direct methods too (f2l-like, petrus-like, ...). When I do, I need to solve the last layer (OLL/PLL) completely...
Hi guys !
This must have been discussed here already but did not find a good post about it.
Where should I buy a 3x3x2, 3x3x4, 3x3x5, etc... I would like the non-cubic ones.
I have read here that some of them are not fully functional. What does this mean ? Is it possible to buy some...
I have heard that it won't take place in Hong-Kong... Where do you think it will take place then ? Where would you like it to take place ?
Any ideas already about who is going to win the different events ?
Hello !
I know some of you are really good at finding new algorithms.
I need to find an algorithm to permute 2 edges cubies (not the whole edges, just one cubie of the two concerned edges) on a 5x5 (without mixing the rest of the cube, of course). Please have a look at the picture...
Hello !
I was wondering, how do you solve the last two centers of a 7x7 (if you use the reduction method) ? How much time do you use for that ?
The thread begun by Stefan Pochmann was more about 7x7 centers in general and has not been updated for a long time (you can see it here...
I was not the only one to take this video... so you may find some redundancy on youtube...
I also have a solve of Edouard Chambon (nowadays, >10s solves do not interest anyone, do they ?).
Hello !
I have a rubik's studio which is really nice but a bit stiff. I don't manage to open it to lube it. I saw some videos on youtube but they were not precising if it was a normal rubik or a studio rubik. Everytime I tried to follow this video on my studio I have the feeling that I am...
Hello !
Sorry to disturb you but I had a very stupid question. Has anyone ever tried to solve a 5x5 cube with a very small moves count ?
It seems to me that the reduction method uses really a lot of moves (we basically have to add the full 3x3 solve moves count at the end...).
Is there...
Someone who can score a goal at football from 30 meters is a hero. Someone who manages a 3-point shot at basketball is very talented person.
Someone who solves the cube in less than 20 seconds is... a geek, a nerd, someone who "doesn't have a life" (comment from youtube of a Yuu Nakajima...
What do you think the world 2009 will look like ? A lot of new people ? Some already well-known people (maki, erik, joel, matyas, yu, ...) ? sub 10 average ? 30 cubes in multi blind ? sub 15 average in one hand ? A very nice friendly atmosphere like in budapest ?
