Really useful, I think so cause there are many more options for FBs and SBs than X2 y CN In Roux, but at the same time it would be hard to get full CN in Roux.

Yeah, you would prolly need months of CN sessions just to even get a few colors.

It's definitely useful, but from what I've heard it's really hard to be CN on Roux. iirc Sean is CN but Kian isn't
