I'm not saying that just because I created the wiki page for Petrus-W. I'm saying that there are bunches of methods proposed in the new idea thread, and 99% end up being bad. Petrus-W was a rare exception, and there is a lot of feedback on it, and several knowledgeable people have agreed that it's a decent method.

I personally have created many methods that I have posted in the new method thread, and they have all either not gotten much feedback or had negative feedback. That's why I didn't make a page for any of them, I recognized they weren't good or realized I didn't have enough feedback to decide whether or not people think it is good.

I think people shouldn't be making pages for their own methods. Because if I propose something stupid like 'what if we did petrus but without EO?', no page would be made for this.

I agree, a page should be created by someone other than the method creator. Like, you didn't create the Petrus-W page, I did. And I only did it because most people agreed it was a decent method
