hmm how about comedy? I could really use a good laugh

A man, married and has a kid, comes back from work. He goes to the kitchen to get some food and goes to eat in the dining table. He sees his wife, and no sight of the child. He thought the kid went somewhere, so he ate peacefully with his wife,( remember the wife is silent btw). Later, he decided to go on a walk outside, in which he sees a filled trash bag the same size as the child.

no way how is this comedy this is more tense than the one I have

He looks in horror with a shock, thinking fast what to do. He finally found a plan, he would rush to his neighbours with the bag, making them to get rid of it. A few minutes later of the beginning of the plan, the child is walking back home from somewhere.

He is now more shocked than before. He opens the bag in front of the neigbour, just to see a same sized mannequin. He had to pay for theft, but at least it was better than what he originally thought.
