For oll and pll I don't have pdfs...but for oll I have been trying to solve the yellow cross as I insert the last f2l slot intuitively. Maybe that might help a bit...Just keep swapping yellow edges with each other without breaking or inserting f2l and then for the last edg just insert f2l. it is actually quite easey once you get used to it. If you get lucky, then you can oll as you insert f2l! I hope that helps.
