I used to not rly like big cubes much since they took too long (I averaged over 10 min for both) and my 6x6 was a Qiyi non-magnetic one and didn’t turn that great. But when I got the Warrior I grew to really like 6x6, now I average 5 minutes

If you solve your centers with 4x1 bars,then you are doing it the right way! My main thing was the edge pairing. No need to thank me,bro. I owe it to you for reminding me about the qy toys, I used to love it as a beginner. And I forgot all about it until you reminded me of it,so I hope this helps.
