I am trying to get full bloodlust gear (670k coins in total) and am currently at 274k (5 bloodlust)

Bloodlust as in the stat (look in the shop and scroll all the way down on any item and you'll see the bloodlust ones). It regens a bit of your health every time you get a kill (it's actually pretty useless, and is only for flexing on other players but I like saving up coins for it).
