May I please have the recipe to this amazing dish, almighty boss Bingus Ringus McDingus?

This may be a lil bit different from my usual,

For the pasta:
24 ounces Roma tomatoes, sliced thinly or 20 ounces cherry tomatoes, halved
1 sphere of burrata mozzarella
About five-six cloves of garlic
Olive oil (a lot)
Aromatics like basil, oregano, thyme, red pepper flakes and stuff like that
Salt and black pepper (don't be afraid to salt it, a bit of NaCl won't kill you)

And that's it.

Put the halved/sliced tomatoes in a large pan, ideally cast iron. Anything works. Pour in enough olive oil to cover it (about 1.5 cups but you can adjust) and your aromatics. Don't be shy with the salt and pepper, mama didn't raise no wimp.

Let this cook at what seems to be a simmer, but not too vigorous (you should not smell any sort of burning or see any color change in the tomatoes) for about 20 minutes. Start boiling your water now for maximum time... maximization.

Now, you can blend. Slice your mozzarella in half and pour half the tomato confit mixture into a blender, and pulse at low speed. You do not want a kitchen explosion. Repeat this twice, and your sauce is ready.

Once your sauce has a smooth consistency, incorporate the sauce and the pasta together in your pan. There you have it, pasta that's super easy.

For the salad, idk
