No, JDAW, elemental is an insult to the very name of pixar, a jumbled mash of unoriginal, uninteresting ideas flopped into one zootopia-esque-follow-your-heart mess.
I just watched finding Nemo and dory and i have to say finding Nemo was boring and had little backstory, on the other hand finding dory was just amazing learning about dory and seeing everything unfold was just amazing.
Finding dory wasn't *horrible*, but definitely average. It came out at the start of the nostalgia-baiting era so it wasn't too overused, and it did a decent job as a sequel.
Elemental contains blatantly obvious racial and social metaphors which further the Disney corporation's political views (largely pushing the "woke agenda"). If you disagree I'd recommend rewatching the movie and asking yourself what it actually was about.
The largest issue with this is that the metaphors are also the entirety of the character personalities, conflict, plot, etc. There is no movie other than these metaphors, which results in a frankly embarrassing excuse for an animated film.
