Any tips for sub-1 megaminx? I use 4LLL and westlund S2L. How would you improve lookahead for F2L/S2L and improve recognition in 2LL PLL?

Use black for top side to help recognition, and practice executing PLL without having to look at every side. For lookahead in F2L/S2L try to focus on having 0 pauses when you solve, even if it means you have to turn 2 tps. It seems like if you do this your solves would be a lot slower, but it was the opposite for me. Eventually you will naturally start turning faster as your lookahead improves.
