I would say don't look at what you are currently solving (meaning look at other pieces to have an idea of the next case), and find the most efficient algorithm for each case. Dedicate a session to F2L, and that way you can focus on this step and improve at a faster rate.

At the point you're at, just practice. Just doing solves will improve your F2L a ton

my bad i meant my F2L is 15- 20 seconds because I average 32 seconds
