It is not a random alg, it is one alg taken from the algset for UF buffer in BLD, called 5-style. The aim of this algset is to solve 5 edges pieces at once including the UF buffer using one alg, E' S' U' R' S' R' S R2 U S E. I hope this clears up your query.

I know it's a 5-style alg, but you still haven't explained why you put it at the end of a post

I write it at the end of the post to revise the algs. It is one way of involuntary revision of algs. For CFOP, and 3-style algs, normal revision is fine. 5-style is a big algset so more ways of revision should be done, to reinforce the alg in my brain, and hopefully some other interested BLDers.
