I honestly don't even know. I'm Sub 18 with a beginners method. So can you recommend something that is a little more advanced and faster?

Honestly, I just use LBL, but with practice you can easily get sub-8.

For right now, practicing LBL would be good. Once you're around 6-8 seconds, I'd recommend learning L4E, which is kind of an advanced LBL method
