You'll have 3 hours to do your 4BLD attempts. It's up to you to make sure you don't miss your other events. For 3x3 round 2, you'll be assigned to a specific heat, so you'll need to make sure you're not doing 4BLD when that heat is scheduled.

We're choosing not to hold it this year. We have limited time and we're using that time on more popular events. I don't have any idea whether the WCA Board or WRC is planning to remove feet, but we're not planning on holding it.
