No. If you're using anything resembling a modern cube, it's not holding you back, at least not when it comes to 3x3.

Not gonna happen. They just don't have the infrastructure and developed community - yet - to host a continental. The whole country has just 6 delegates - my state (Washington) alone has 9. And that's before even mentioning the unfortunate reality that there are travel advisories of varying...

As you learn a new alg, go back to the ones you already know so they don't get lost. Make sure you practice recognition, not just the algs.

The cost has been talked about extensively as has the patent thing. The patent will be a non-issue - there will be knockoffs very quickly, I'm sure. The cost? Gimme a break. Yes, I wish they were cheaper but 30 bucks is not that much. The people complaining probably own Gan cubes or some Moyu...

See below. That's kinda racist. Inspection is a skill and should rewarded as such. If someone inspects for 11 seconds and solves in 4 and someone inspects for 6 and solves in 8, who actually solved the cube faster? Put another way - if you tell someone you can solve the cube in 12 seconds...

Nah, not a separate event. I would eliminate inspection in all events. Or, rather, count it as part of your solve time.

These don't sound like bad luck to me.
