Edges and Corners come out the normal way, the core has a couple of tabs on it which allow you to take it apart to get at the springs, and then if you unscrew the centres you can change them.

The problem with videos is the mucking around trying to nail exactly what the guy did. Bear in mind what is second nature to the expert may take the beginner many passes to thoroughly absorb. Take Breandans OLL video: to be certain of every single subtlety, you have to watch it repeatedly...
