Lufthansa now has offers from Europe, with fly-out dates in June 2015. If you fly out end of June 2015 and fly back shortly after WC 2015 the total price for the ticket is 591 EUR. I think I will book soon.

Wait for an announcement please. I just posted the results that were on his score card.

His results for this competition were: (4.41) (18.90) 14.71 18.68 16.53.

Hanneke competed in Master Magic with a puzzle she built herself. Is there someone else in history of WCA who competed with a self-built puzzle?

If there would have been 12 non-Europeans with chances for a final, we would have taken measures regarding the number of finalists. Wake up man! You are missing the mission and spirit of WCA.

I prefer to turn this around. Everyone from all countries was allowed to compete. It was a gift to the 13th competitors in the finals who should be happy that they did not make it in top 12 and still they could compete!

We chose to add extra competitors to finals only.

This was not because of Rowe, but because someone of the top 128 did not show up in time. I was looking for you, but since you were not there, I forfeited your place to #130 and so on.

I am aware that Magic and 4x4 final are still missing. They forgot to send them to me. Action has been taken.

For the record, at 9am only 8 of the competitors were in the room. We have a serious discipline problem in our community. We are spoiled. The budgets are going down fast. I was really happy we could do this competition this way.

Final update of the qualification limits. If you are still on a waiting list then you will not be able to compete in that event.

Regulations state that every competitor should be available. We prefer that people volunteer as a judge. You can enter where you will judge on this page: http://goo.gl/HOHH2 If we cannot fill in all places with volunteers we will nominate competitors as judges. We prefer that WCA delegates...

I added a high resolution version to the Multimedia page.

There are different sets of scrambles per group, the WCA regulations require this. Only in the final will all have the same scrambles.
