I can confirm 4 year olds, but 2 or 3 seems too young. I think fastest single for a 3 year old is barely sub-20.

A few months ago, former WR holder in 3x3 and 2x2, Edouard Chambon, turned 40. Considering he hasn’t competed since 2013, its unlikely he will compete as a senior.
