I was the judge on solves 3 and 4, congrats to Max! Also, he uploaded a video of the solves to Youtube.

I don’t think that we should add that the solver is from Sri Lanka to the reasons why the record is suspicious. It is not a legitimate reason.

He got a 20.33 mean earlier at the same competition, so maybe JDAW6 is right and he was just practicing a lot during the past two months. Or, he cheated for that mean too, which would make the wr more believable.
