Just solve slowly counting each move, keep in mind to solve it like you would normally.

Izo lube is basically the same thing as lubix, either one will work wonders. Izo lube is cheaper though, so you might want to get that.

Solve the cross blindfolded, then try to plan it out fully each solve. It'll come with time.

You get better at recognizing stuff by just doing a lot of solves.

It's not as easy as "HERP DERP WHAT DO I DO TO BE FAST" it's different. Look what you suck at, practice it until you become better at it. It seems that you think people are kidding when people just say "practice". They're not.

Just... clean it.

Are the other two layers solved? If they are, it's possible that somebody took your cube apart and put it together in a way that makes it unsolvable. Just take the cube apart and put it back solved. Or just flip the yellow/blue edge. I think that the corner in the back right should have blue on...
