Not a track runner but I do competitive swimming. I remember that I have a 22 minute 5k in a community run, but I lost around a minute or two waiting for traffic lights.

I'm not sure what a split tongue is, but I'm definitely not a native French speaker. I also know Cantonese and Toki Pona (for funsies :p)

My only LL skip was in comp (17 seconds I think), and I averaged 25 seconds back then.

Came back to cubing recently, and after a month I popped off with a sub 10 ao250! I still have to work on my turning because it's a little choppy. Cross+1 practice is really paying off :D

Cubing has taught me that I can't be perfect at everything. I used to average sub 11 back in 2021, and I haven't improved ever since.

I'm honestly really bad at one-looking too, I guess it just comes down to practicing and doing more solves.

That's some crazy fast improvement right there! Try to one-look your cubeshape if you haven't already, you don't have to memorize algs but just try to look for the scallop-kite / scallop-scallop patterns.
