For the old notation you hold it like you would a skewb, then the uppercase letters are your top and lowercase is your bottom moves

I'll see what I can do for getting a walkthrough video up. For lube, I used angstrom dignitas because I like the feel of it and DNM-37 to speed it up a bit

I currently average around 7 seconds and how I solve it is basically just layer by layer, and I just try to reduce as many moves as I can. If you want, I might be able to make a walkthrough video of some solves.
