Fair point. Ok so the requirements are: Smart cube + Bluetooth connection (every mobile phone or a pc with a dongle) + Chrome, Edge, Opera, Brave etc. (chromium based) or Bluefy app on IOS. AND ICE CREAM SANDWICH!1!!11

There are none. You only need a smart cube and a Bluetooth connection with your preferred device. All Chromium-based browsers support Web Bluetooth, and for iOS it's the Bluefy browser.
