2x2 speed Bld?

Most definately not.

On topic: Fast 2x2 cubers tend to have the ability to look ahead into the solve and just solve it blindfolded with their speedsolving method, some like myself can't do that. Unless it's a very easy scramble.

EDIT: Damn I lose. *Definitely*

I can't do that either. Just because us slow people can't do it, should that hinder others from being able to compete when quite a few people can look ahead and solve the 2x2 blindfolded with their speedcubing method? It's the difference between doing LBL on a 3x3 and CFOP on a 3x3. Mastering Fridrich takes work, just like looking into your entire 2x2 solve and solving it blindfolded with your speedsolving methos takes work. It is definitely (Spelled correctly) a barrier that can be overcome by many of us if we take the time to PRACTICE.

Practice what ? 2^3 speed, in order to be good at 2^3 BLD ? That's just absurd. The current BLD events are interesting precisely because they are really a new challenge compared to the corresponding speed events, if the only difference between 2^3 BLD and 2^3 speed is the ability to put a blindfold on fast then the event is completely pointless.

On the day you get called out for spelling you do that? :P

Overwhelming.
Yeah, I was going to edit that. The second part had absolutely nothing to do with the first sentence. Scrambles vary way to much is what I'm getting at. Infact, I personally think 2x2 single is pretty stupid.

How?
