cubing tutor?

O___O Comes to your house? Thats pedofish.
Try going to cubemeets and competitions for advice.

no offence but it sounds kind of pontless because you dont get examined in cubing really whereas you do in math and english etc.

No wonder you don't have a WCA profile...

a competition isn't really an exam though is it?

and thats because i live in Ireland where there are no comps:(and my parents wont let me go to england for one:(

There could be one, but I don't see the point. They can't teach you how to look ahead 2x faster and stuff. They can teach you tricks but that won't be even half of what's needed. It's just practice.

lol or you can just look on youtube.

I agree with waffle, there are so many tutorials on youtube that one of them will probably help.

Although, a list of good youtube channels may be what you need over a tutor.

From what I have noticed, no matter who teaches you, in the end you will need to develop the skills to improve yourself. Some observations are PRACTICE and more PRACTICE, finding out where your weaknesses are, and improving upon your execution/efficiency will drop your times. If you can, record yourself and note where you are pausing, making unnecessary moves, or executing an algorithm slowly. I think the worst thing to do is simply practice over and over without any type of plan to improve. Keep in mind that some people will simply have more talent for cubing or any particular activity so don't put too much pressure on yourself.

Some of my friends actually wanted me to teach them for about $5/hr. But my average is about a minute...
