Maybe it's for OH? I thought there was shorter 2-gen Z-perms though.

At first I thought yours sucked, but then I realised R U R' U' was repeated heaps. Yours is good. (I dont use the one I emntioned in the thread, but I found this on the wiki.)

There's a 8 turn form of the Z-Perm. I discovered this variation on a Youtube video.

Two edge pieces to be swapped are in the up front and up right positions and are of opposite color the up face.

It is: E2 M' E2 M' U M2 U' M2.

I use this variation out of choice.
