It introduces introductory knowledge to hyper cubing. You can learn about different puzzles on there, and what methods are used to solve them. You can download a lot of different types of applications used for hyper cubing that each offer different puzzles and stuff. Also on there is a leaderboard of all the speed solved times that go on in hyper cubing, you can see the rankings and WRs on there.
