hey, i just cubed for 2 hours and 37 minutes straight and solved only 135 cubes :( i reallized that my method (fridrich) sucks,, right now i do a cross that takes forever.. i have to do 2 look f2L,, 2look oll, and 2look pll,,

in fridrich there are soooooo many algorithms,, does anybody know the best method for thinking,, not doing?

Well unfortunately for you CFOP is the method that requires the least amount of thinking; especially the beginner's method.
Fridrich F2L and block building methods require patience and skill, they also require tactics which at first require a lot of thinking. You need to make decisions quickly, whilst making sure that they are the correct one, otherwise it could heavily affect your times.

The beginner's method requires barely any thinking, at most you are tracking 3 pieces at a time. Even then it is a simple insertion whether it be an edge or corner.

Stick with it and it will all become natural.

P.S. I am assuming '2 Look F2L' is corners and then edges. That is not preferred term although if I am right then there appears to be no problem using it, as long as you remember there are more widely used terms.

well, i was thinking maybe i should learn waterman or roux,, but it seems kind of complicated, is there any reason to learn another method or just improve?

sometimes i do edges and then the corners but usually its corner, edge

here is my breakdown:
cross=10
F2L=35
LL=15
Total=1:00

Your times wern't that bad...You averaged 76 seconds and that was including scramble and inspection.

actually,, i had a friend scramble and another one time and record,, we had three cubes so that i was allways solving one,, he was always scrambling one,, and there was one on the table scrambled

true with the inspection though, i usually take quite a while to inspect

Well all I can say is, keep practicing. Yes you're slow now but hey, when you first started using a keyboard, were you as fast typing compared to now? Its the same thing here, with practice you become faster. I cubed for 1 yr and 4 months(to date) and now I'm at a 14 second average but that was 1 yr and 4 months of serious cubing. Like everyday I was cubing and once I reached around 25 seconds I was solving 100 cubes a day minimum, for 3x3 alone, not to mention one handed and big cubes.

How is your LL taking 30 seconds with 2 look OLL/PLL? Each alg should only take around 3 seconds to do (generous on time), so that's a base time of 12, and you should be able to recognize them in 1 second or less.

I would probably stick to Fridrich, method doesn't matter as much as execution. LBL with extreme piece tracking and turning speed can sub 30, even sub 20 as shown by some people.

2 Look PLL could be misleading, although we assume that he knows all of the 2 Look PLL algorithms that may not be the case. Currently I am teaching a friend 2 Look Last Layer and to spare him learning all of the algorithms at once I have specified all the necessary algorithms to complete the last layer. Basically I mean Sune, Corner Cyle and Edge Cycle, it means if he comes across any case he doesn't know he can still get past it. MiniGOINGS may be similar, it is not difficult to get sub-30 on the last layer but make sure you are doing the algorithms in at least 5-6 seconds, that would knock a few seconds of your time.

Regarding the cross, it is another one of those things you just get good at. I would recommend scrambling the cube, building the cross and then scrambling again. If you really need help BadMePhisto has a YouTube video that could give you some advice. Also, on a final note don't listen to those who tell you to build the cross on the bottom; there is no hard evidence to prove it is quicker. Make it on the top, bottom, front or even side just so long as you are comfortable and feel fast. There are a few techniques that could help you get faster in any which way you build the cross.

sorry, i meant 15 seconds for OLL and PLL combined :)
i actually do more of a 2look CLL and 1look ELL but whatever
PS this was with unlubed storebought cubes

By 1 look ELL, do you mean full ELL or do you flip edges during F2L and only use U/H/Z? You can't really complain about how many algorithms Fridrich has if you knew all of the ELL algorithms.

miniGOINGS, i am not that experienced cuber. but hey this is what i got..
ive been cubing since november till december i used LBL(Heise method the begginer) during those times i was stunned by Fridrich method well i struggled to learned it that times.. but still my main method was the LBL one.. i got sub -50 in that one.. but after wards january camed i practiced Fridrich first i cared for F2L well i was really bad at first about 40 secs.. i learned fingertricks some proper algorithms and there i got 30 secs to solve the F2L now im practicing look aheads... were both bad dont worry :) your not alone..

about PLL and OLL you should learn it from your heart now i got 18/21 PLL ill learn G Perms today.. and i got about 10/57 OLL's but i use 2 look as if..just learn them one by one.. dont force your self..

wow, its good to know someone that understands me if i learn 1 algorithm a day i should be good,, but i cant start learning till my DIYs come from cube4you
