What am I doing wrong?

I have been practicing COP for about 2 years. I get my cross done in 5-10 moves. I know F2L and 4 LLL. I've tried every tip on the Internet, but I just can't get faster than one minute! Its frustrating, because when I try to learn new algorithms I get even SLOWER. I want to get faster, but I don't know how to anymore. Please give me some tips on how I can get faster, and also tell me what I'm doing wrong. Thank you.

I practice whenever I have free time which is a lot. I use finger tricks. I'm currently using a sticker less ZanChi.I've tried other methods, but they always confuse me.

CFOP with 4LLL got me 30 seconds.
The only thing thats stopping you is that you need a higher turn speed and better look ahead.
I don't see another reason why your a minute solver.

Learning more algs slows you down temporarily, once you get fast at it and have a fast recognition, it will be worth it.

Ill try to soon, but I don't have any means of recording and uploading as of now. I'm on my iPod touch and my camera is in my garage.

I'll list some things that seem pretty trivial, but actually make a HUGE difference:
Get a speed cube if you don't have one! Maybe a ZhanChi, WeiLong, AoLong, Gans, etc.
Work on finger tricking any algorithms you have trouble with.
Learn more algorithms! Everyone gets slower at first, but if you don't learn them you'll never get faster.
Try slow solves without a timer, so you can eliminate some extra moves you might be doing.
Most importantly, PRACTICE!!! I was stuck at a minute for a long time too, but the ultimate thing to do at any speed is just flat out practice. :)

-Your algorithm and F2L recognition has to be at least decent if you've been stuck at your time for this long, so I can rule that out (Unless it isn't good, then you should really work on that).
-If you're using a rubiks brand, that's a huge problem. Get a good cube.
- DO NOT USE YOUR ENTIRE HAND TO ROTATE SIDES OF THE CUBE. This is really bad and will slow you down a ton. Part of the reason you need a good cube is so that you can use your fingers to turn. Look up fingertricks on YouTube, and learn how to execute things like R U R' U' and U R U' R' and other basic moves that come up a lot in a solve. Seriously, I think this is whats slowing you down.
-Actually practice these fingertricks for a while and get very comfortable with them. Use these fingertricks in F2L cases and last layer algorithms.
And practice your algorithms too, over and over again, and figure out what you can do to make them faster.
-I guess if you really can't get much faster you could learn your PLLs? They won't make you slower if you actually learn how to recognize them and you practice them!
-Have you been doing the cross on the bottom of the cube? If not... start doing it. It'll help you out a lot in the future.

That's all you should need, really. And don't give up on any of these things if they don't work right away. It takes time.
Can you tell us approxtimately how much time on average each step takes individually?

My guess is your finger speed sucks and your recognition is crap. The only thing to improve those is rote practise. My best advice: do an average of 50 every day. At your current speed it should take you about an hour. I bet in two weeks it will take less than half that.

It's normal to get slower when you learn new algs, as your recognition and execution will be slowing you down. 2 years seems a long time to be stuck at one minute though. Definitely need to see a video of you solving. Go and get your camera from the garage.

I just did an ao5 (1:08.75) and determined what the problem was. I can recognize my f2l cases, but it takes me way to many moves to solve and insert them. I also can only plan out two of the cross pieces in inspection because it takes me too long. My cross takes 10 seconds my f2l takes 40 seconds and my last layer takes 10 second.
The first step to solving a problem is recognizing that you have a problem. Which means that I'm a little bit closer to my goal.

If your F2L is taking you forty seconds then don't look at anything else. Yes your cross is slow but don't worry about that for now. Cutting your F2L in half (very doable) will bring you down to a 40 second cuber. You can easily have 20 second F2L just by drilling it constantly. Practice slotting FL pits in the back and cut down on cube rotations you will be sub 1 and sub 50 in no time.
