[WR] 3:26.11 4BLD - Daniel Sheppard

Here is a complete reconstruction. Yes I know I don't solve things particularly efficiently sometimes :p

I solve Yellow top, Blue front
If you want to walk through the solve in your orientation, hold in your orientation, then do x2 before scrambling.
Scramble: U Fw2 D B' Fw' R U Rw2 U2 Fw2 D Uw2 U' B2 R2 Uw2 R2 B Uw' L2 Rw' D' B' Fw' D L' Fw U2 Fw' L2 F R2 B2 Fw' R2 B' Fw' F2 U L

Reorient: x' y2 (should leave you with 2 solves centres on D,L,B and R)
Setup moves are in brackets

Corners - freestyle with UBL buffer
x2 y' R U R' D' R U' R' D y x2

Hey, Daniel, could you explain this? Do you always do things like this when one of the targets is UFr or DBr? And what are the 'rules' to follow when doing this?

Thanks :)
I am assuming you already do basic r2 method with some alg to solve individual l and r slice pieces.
I solve those pieces with the piece before/after depending on which part of the pair it is. You know that UBr is a nice target to shoot to (simply do r2), so I just set up UFl and DBl to that slot by doing U2/B2 respectively. Then I can do r2, then the next piece, then undo the setup. It just becomes a normal 8-move comm, like the one you quoted.
For UFr and DBr, I do a non-optimal comm - this is how I think of it for UFr and the piece after: r2, insert piece, r', take out piece, r'. Do backwards if you want to the solve piece before UFr with it. Similar thing works for DBr.
For UBl, you can do U2 setup to that case.
Of course if you use setup moves, you have to know whether the other piece in your pair moves.
