Shock oil with very high viscosity (50,000wt) seems to give good results according to this thread.

The cubelube.com entry to the wiki persists, despite the website being dead and gone for years. I am removing it, at least for now.

The link for griffon silicone broke, so I replaced it. (I'm from the Netherlands)
