Sunday Contest was an unofficial online weekly contest, active from 2004. It was hosted in 2004 by Tyson Mao. From 2005, it was hosted by Jon Morris. In its later form, there was only one category, an average of 12 for 3x3 speedsolving.
Tyson's weekly for-fun puzzle was the inspiration for mystery puzzles.
