OELL, short for Orientation of the Edges of the Last Layer, is a substep in which one orients the edges of the last layer on a 3x3x3 while preserving the corner orientation (CO). It is not very frequently used in 4LLL or 3LLL approaches. OLLs in which the corners are already oriented but the edges are not fit under this name.
