DRL is the acronym for Domino Reduction Line or Down Right Line. DRL is the second step of N3DR. In this step you permute DFR, DR and DBR with only Domino Reduction subgroup moves, as specified in N3DR page. There are 38 DRLs and all the cases can be done intuitively.
