Swedish speedcubing.

Most notable Sweds in speedcubing:

• Gunnar Krig ... Cubing skills.
• Simon Westlund ... Cubing skills.
• Anders Larsson ... WCA Delegate
• Kenneth Gustavsson ... Method developing, community activity.
• Rune Wesström ... Probably the only person in the world aged 80 or more that can solve a cube in less than 60 seconds (sub 40 even).

Community

Sweden had since 2005 a 'offcial' organisation named SveKub, that is short for Svenska kubföreningen (Swedish cubing association) that first was a registred association but now is just a nework of Swedish cubers. SveKub has a website with a forum and there is where competitions in Sweden are discussed and organised by the members of the network, besides the usual cubing forum activities, like helping new cubers, posting algs, trading cubes and such.

Besides that there is also a mostly Swedish speaking IRC channel named #rubik at Quake-net, also a place for discussinos within the community.
