ZZ-CT is a 3x3 method proposed by Chris Tran. It is a variant of the ZZ Method.
First proposed as ZZ-N, due to being inspired by the Navi method, it has been renamed due to being completely different in all steps, with the only resemblance in that the last step of the Navi method is a subset of TTLL.
TTLL solves everything all at once with 48 cases, and is named after Chris Tran and Blake Thompson, who generated a significant portion of the algorithms.
Steps
- EOLine
- F2L-1
- Insert last edge and orient corners. (TSLE, Tran Style Last Edge)
- Solve everything else. (48 algs) (TTLL Tran-Thompson LL)
The advantages are simple recognition and a low algorithm count for method that gives simple PLL 20% of the time, and a 100% chance for LL skip the rest of the time.
