Who the hell is Rocco Perciavalle? And this was not proposed in 2016... People have been debating it's use for years, perhaps ever since roux was created. The only reason it hasn't been used is because roux users don't like huge alg sets and this is a huge alg set; larger than ZBLL IIRC. Also, the name that almost all people who know about it is CMLLEO.
