Many different people have been considering this since the 80s. I don't think the "proposers" attribute should list anyone. (It's worth noting that I named the system as OLLCP and released the first ever alg list for it, yet am not requesting any credit) --Kirjava 14:43, 17 August 2011 (EDT)
