Color neutrality
From Speedsolving.com Wiki
The term color neutral refers to the ability to start a puzzle on any color. Most cubers are not, and start from the same side all the time. An exeption is in 2x2x2 methods where most cubers are color neutral.
One variation of color neutrality is to use any of two colors opposite each other. This is known as being opposite color neutral.
